Absence
If your child is absent from school for any reason, we request that you call the School Office on the first day of absence and then each subsequent day thereafter. This must then be followed up when your child returns to school with a written letter, email to office@doverparkpri.iow.sch.uk or complete the form below.
- Report a Pupil Absence Form (please complete for daily absences)
- Removal of Pupil Online Request Form (Please use this form to inform us of pupil removal from education i.e. Holiday)

Managing Medicine in school
If your child requires medication whilst in school, please see the office for a permission form on the 1st day of starting said medication.
If your child requires paracetamol when in school, you will be asked to complete the below written permission -Medication permission - (verbal permission still required)
