The whole school had to answer the question, '
Enquiry question: Can you build a bridge to span 50cm to carry a toy car?
Each year group had a different material to use.
Reception: Building blocks
Year 1 and 2: Cardboard
Year3 and 4: Art straws
Year 5: Spaghetti
Year 6: Newspaper and wooden rods.
Science week 2025- Can you build a bridge that spans 50cm across two chairs?
We had a guest speaker come in and tell us all about how aeroplanes work.
