Hello Year 4!
I hope that you've all enjoyed half term. The sunshine has been fabulous
A new format for this half term's learning can be found below. I have put a weekly timetable which outlines the lessons for the whole week.
Each day, the documents that you need will be uploaded so that you can follow the learning timetable. Remember to look at the timetable carefully as some will need links to websites.
I have put documents for maths under Year 3 and Year 4 headings - you can do both if you wish, or you can choose the one which you feel more comfortable with.
As always, you can email me with any problems. It may take me a little longer to get back to you as I'm in school every day teaching for the rest of this half term.
Please continue to send in any learning; it's always lovely to see what you are doing at home.
Exciting news ....I am just writing your school reports for this year!
If you would like to email me your pupil comment, I can include this on your front page.
This should start with, "I am really proud of ....."
Think about how well you have done since September. Your comment can be linked to any subject - you may have been pleased with your hat in DT, your cat walk skills (!), your participation in sporting events, your superb art work, your writing etc. Have a think and let me know!
The email, as always, is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I look forward to receiving them!
Hello Year 4!
I hope that you're all well and staying safe I am missing seeing your lovely, smiling faces every day.
In the section below, I have just added our home learning grid for the first half of the summer term, in case you wanted some different tasks to do. If anyone wants to send me photos, then please do - it makes my day much brighter!
It's been great receiving the work that you have been doing and I'm still uploading your pictures in the section below.
Hoping that I will see you all again soon!
Hello Year 4!
It was my week in school last week which was great fun. We took a trip around the world and investigated the art of Australia and El Salvador, and the buildings of Dubai. On St George's Day, we created our own puppet shows to present the story of St George defeating the dragon.
We also made cards for Sir Tom Moore's 100th birthday and made a display of all our work (see below).
It was lovely to talk to all of your parents on the phone to find out how you're all doing too....it sounds like everyone's keeping busy!
Just to let you all know that there was a new website that was launched last week which you may like to visit:
It has many online lessons with videos - you may want to try some.
Another great resource with videos and tutorials:
Remember to stay safe and look after yourselves and your families. Don't forget - you can get in touch any time: email@example.com
I miss you all!
